Brenda Ratliff; 55

Brenda Ratliff, 55 of Virgie, KY passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Pikeville Medical Center. Brenda was born December 04, 1969to the late Bill and Verda Mullins formerly of Elkhorn City, KY. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one grandson, Sawyer.

She is survived by three daughters; Miranda (Larry) Ratliff of Zanesville, Ohio, Kali (Beau) Ratliff of Pikeville, KY, and Brianna (Chris) Dotson of Mouthcard, KY. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; Khloey, Larry, Kinsley, Owen, Kyle, Lincoln, Ruby-Lynn, Ayden, and Bryson and her fiance, Gregory “Booker” Tackett.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, Nov. 4th at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Friends may call form 6 - 10. Services will begin at 7:00 PM with Richard McKinney officiating. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday, November 05, 2025 at 2:00 PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Rasnick/Ratliff Family Cemetery at Yellow Hill, Shelbiana, KY.
