Sandy Hunt, 67

Sandy Carol Hunt, 67 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center. She was a retired Road Department Supervisor. Sandy was born December 22, 1958 in Pikeville, KY to the late Earl Harrison and Nell Ramey Harrison. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Gleuth Hurley.

Sandy is survived by her husband, Vondel Hunt of Mouthcard, KY; two sons, Brady Dillon Hunt and Chadwick Shawn Hunt both of Mouthcard, KY; two grandchildren, Austin and Shaylee. Sandy is also survived by five siblings, Ronnie (Barb) Harrison of Morehead, KY, Larry (Kay) Harrison, Joyce Ward, and Olean Owens all of Mouthcard, KY, and Connie (Gary) Craighead, of Roanoke, VA.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, January 15, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held Friday, January 16, 2026 at 12PM from the chapel with Bull Creek Old Regular Baptist Ministers. Entombment will follow at Mt. Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.
