Howard Dale Ratliff, 77

Howard Dale Ratliff, 77 of Belcher, KY passed away Monday, February 02, 2026 at his residence. Howard was born January 16, 1949 in Pikeville, KY to the late James “Jim” Ratliff and Mamie Elizabeth Hobbs Ratliff. In addition to his parents, Howard was preceded in death by brothers, Hollis Ratliff, Elster Ratliff & Jessie Ratliff and sister, Margaret Ratliff.

Howard is survived by a brother, Paul Randall Ratliff of Belcher, KY; and sisters, Lillia Mae Mullins and Edith Faye Wallace both of Belcher, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, February 04, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be conducted Thursday, February 05, 2026 at 2PM from the chapel with Benny Hopkins, Joey Lawson & Tim Coleman officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
