Wayne Caudill, 66

Wayne Caudill, 66 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center. Wayne was a life long coal miner and a member of the Lick Creek Holiness Church. He was born February 09, 1960 in Pikeville, KY to the late Forester Caudill and Mable Fouts Caudill. In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Caudill.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Wilma Caudill of Elkhorn City, KY; two sons, Daniel Wayne Caudill of Pikeville, KY and Michael Shane (Tiffany) Caudill of Elkhorn City, KY; and two grandchildren, Ian and Isaiah Caudill. He is also survived by siblings, Daryl (Welma) Caudill and Shirley Caudill Roberts (Leonard Roberts) both of Elkhorn City, KY and Ina Sue (Wayne) Whitaker of Halie, KY; Chris Abshire, who Wayne shared many cherished and devoted years of friendship.

Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday, March 17, and Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at the Lick Creek Holiness Church with services nightly at 7PM. The funeral service will be conducted Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 12PM from the church with Ministers of the Lick Creek Holiness Church officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
