Allen Thacker, 73

Allen Junior Thacker, 73 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, February 02, 2026 at his residence. Allen was born March 31, 1952 to the late James Thacker, Jr. and Draxie Thacker Thacker. In addition to his parents, Allen was preceded in death by wife, Faye Williamson Thacker, brothers, Ival, Jessie and Paris Thacker and sisters, Irene Epling, Christine Kendrick and Maye Dean Hall.

Allen is survived by a brother, Willard Thacker of Defiance, OH and a sister, Fannie Adkins of Defiance, OH and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be conducted Thursday, February 05, 2026 a 10AM from the Original Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Scott Tackett officiating. Burial will follow at the Thacker Family Cemetery, Shelbiana, KY.
