Cristal Gail Smith, 48 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Friday, October 31, 2025 at Pikeville Medical Center. Cristal was born August 25, 1977 in Detroit, MI to Virgil Smith of Pikeville, KY and Jennie Conway of Jenkins, KY. In addition to her parents, Cristal is survived by a son, Aaron Smith of Madison, GA; grandchild, Paxton Smith; and two sisters, Shannon Rose of Jenkins, KY and Heather Rowe of Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday, November 06, 2025 at the Poor Bottom Freewill Baptist Church with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be conducted Friday, November 07, 2025 at 12PM from the church with Richard Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
