Samantha Harris, 40

Samantha Erin Harris, 40 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Sunday, March 22, 2026 at her residence. Samantha was born December 16, 1985 in Pikeville, KY to Ruth Ann Howell Harris of Mouthcard, KY and the late Okeh Luke Harris. In addition to her father, Samantha was preceded in death by a sister, Megan Harris Thacker.

Besides her mother, Samantha is survived by a brother, Steven Jody Howell of Missouri; Fiancee, Kevin Fleming of Feds Creek, KY; and an aunt, Theresa Potter of Mouthcard, KY.
