Tommy Justice, 78, of Belcher, KY passed away on Friday, July 10, 2026, at his residence. Tommy was born April 01, 1948, in Pikeville, KY to the late Wright and Nellie Thacker Justice. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Alec Justice and Willie Justice; and three sisters, Nell Ruth Ratliff, Maxine Lyons, and Rose Montgomery.

Tommy is survived by his wife Rose Linda Ratliff Justice of Belcher, KY, two sons; Tommy Jason (Alicia) Justice of Pikeville, KY and Robert (Tena) Ratliff of Virgie, KY and one daughter; Chrystal Lynn Justice of Belcher, KY. He is also survived by two granddaughters; Kara Sullivan of Belfry, KY and Katrena Ratliff of Virgie, KY; two great-grandsons; Ryder and Cole, one great-granddaughter; Daisy, and a niece; Kaye Eichstadt of Mt. Sterling.

A memorial service and military rites (DAV Chapter #140) will held Sunday, July 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.
