Carolee "Carol" Rushing, 69 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Wednesday, July 08, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center. Carol was born August 03, 1956 in Yuba City, CA to the late Robert and Violet Vinyard Rushing. In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by one brother; Robert Rushing, Jr. and a precious and long-time friend; Mary Ann Elswick. 

Carol is survived by one sister, Deanna Estep of Shelbyville, TN; two nieces, Emily Estep of Shelbyville, TN and Ashlee Birtcil of Marianna, FL and a host of dear friends.
