Terry Wayne Kilgore, 63 of Belcher, Ky. was born on May 1, 1963 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away at home on Sept. 8, 2026.  He is the son of Lillia Ratliff Mullins and the late James Butler Kilgore.  In addition to his mother he is survived by a sister; Ruby Lavern Kilgore of Belcher, Ky., an aunt; Edith Wallace of Belcher and an uncle; Paul Randall Ratlliff.  Visitation will be in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00-10:00 PM on Friday, September 11, 2026. Services will be at 7:00 PM. with Joey Lawson and Benny Hopkins officiating.  The funeral service will be in the chapel on Saturday, 11:00 AM.  Burial will be in the Ratliff Family Cemetery on Abner Fork of Belcher, Ky.
