Pamela Faye Ratliff, 59 of Lexington, Ky. was born on July 10, 1967 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away on July 08, 2026 in Nicholasville, Ky. She is the daughter of the late Emory and Loretta Lois Chaney Ratliff who have preceded her in death. Pamela was a homemaker.  Survivors are 2 sons; Cliff Randall Quesenberry and Jeremy Lee Quesenberry, a daughter; Codi Shea Quesenberry,  sisters; Teresa Kemper and Anita Bartley both of Carrollton, Ky., Deborah Ratliff of Elkhorn City, Ky.,Judy Ratliff of Feds Creek, Ky. and 13 grandchildren.  Visitation will be in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, Sept.11, 2026 at 9:00 AM.  A graveside service will follow at 10:00 AM at the Wilson Cemetery at Draffin, Ky. with Rick Fuller officiating.
