Wilma Jean Kelly, 79 of Ashcamp, KY passed away Monday, August 24, 2026 at Elkhorn Health & Rehab. She was a retired postal worker, a member of Hylton Freewill Baptist Church and Ladies & Homemakers of Hylton Freewill Baptist Church. She was born August 25, 1946 at Jacksons Branch, Elkhorn City, KY to the late Victor Bartley and Gertrude Rose Bartley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Kelly, son, Timothy Kelly, brother, Billy Bartley and sisters, Christine Lucas and Judy Slone.

Wilma is survived by her daughter, Vickie (Doug) Elswick of Woodstock, GA; grandchildren, Daniel Keith Kelly, Lindsay Kelly, Hailey Elswick, Alyssa Elswick and Grace Elswick; and great grandchildren, Brystal Kelly, Amie Kelly and Conner Blackburn.

Visitation will be after 6PM Friday, August 28, 2026 at the Hylton Freewill Baptist Church with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 1PM from the church with Van Swindall officiating. Burial will follow at the Kelly Family Cemetery, Sycamore, KY.
