Chester Charlie Stiltner, 62 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Wednesday, August 05, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center. Chester was a retired coal miner and member of the Stateline Free Pentecostal Church of God. He was born September 17, 1963 at Grundy, VA to the late Randall Stiltner and Loretta Grizzle Stiltner. In addition to his parents, Chester was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth Ray Stiltner and Glen Franklin Stiltner and a sister, Rhonda Stiltner.

Chester is survived by his wife, Donita Chaffins Stiltner of Mouthcard, KY; a son, Randall Patrick (Grace) Stiltner of Georgetown, KY; a daughter, Audra Hope Stiltner of Mouthcard, KY; and one grandchild, Wren Archer Stiltner. He is also survived by a brother, Randy Stiltner and a sister, Lydia Shortridge.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Saturday, August 08 and from 8AM-10PM Sunday, August 09, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. The funeral service will be conducted Monday, August 10, 2026 at 12Noon from the chapel with Jesse Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Chaffins Cemetery, Mouthcard, KY.
