Willa Ann Adams, 65 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away on Wednesday, November 13th, 2024 at the Pikeville Medical Center. She was born on October 16th, 1959 in Grundy, VA to the late William & Anna Marie Rowe. Willa was a secretary for the Pike County Fiscal Court.

Willa is survived by her husband: Carl Adams Jr. of Elkhorn City. Daughter: Lindsay Marie Stewart of Pikeville, KY. Granddaughter: Isla Marie Stewart. Brother: John Bill Rowe of Pikeville. Sister: Mildred Rowe of Elkhorn City.

Visitation will be from 6-10 PM on Friday, November 15th, 2024 with a service at 7 PM. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at 2 PM with Joey Sussan & Johnny Alvin officiating. All services will be conducted from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery in Pikeville, KY.
