Wesley Samuel West, 40 of Phyllis, KY passed away Monday, June 30, 2025 at his residence. Wesley was born January 20, 1985 in Pikeville, KY to Darlene Meade West of Phyllis, KY and the late Samuel Fonso West. Also preceeding him in death were his paternal grandparents; Reba and Lonzo "Red" West and maternal grandparents; Julius and June Meade. In addition to his mother, Wesley is survived by a brother, Payton (Courtney) West of Georgetown, KY and two nephews, Kennedy and Nicholas West.

Visitation will be from 7-9PM Wednesday, July 02, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held Thursday, July 03, 2025 at 1PM from the chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.
