Wanda G. Fields, 80 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Monday, March 25, 2024 at her residence. She was a homemaker and a member of the Stateline Pentecostal Church. Wanda was born November 19, 1943 in Matewan, WV to the late Kermit Ratliff and Mallie Hoskins Justice. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Freeland Fields, two brothers, Wes Ratliff and Billy Ratliff and one sister, Molly Ratliff.

Wanda is survived by three sons, Terry Donald (Peggy) Lester of Pounding Mill, VA, Ernie Lee (LeaAnn) Lester of Grover Hill, OH, and Mark (Holly) Ratliff of Defiance, OH; grandchildren, Ashley (Richard) Riordan, Terri Leigh (Eric Justice) Lester, Shane (Morgan) Lester, Kyle Ratliff and Jessica Ratliff; and great-grandchildren, Joshua Tyler Lester, Ashton Layne Lester, Leighlynn Mitchell, Colt Lester, Cade Lester and Casper Lester. SHe is also survived by three brothers, Tim Ratliff of Castlewood, VA, James Ratliff of Richlands, VA and Bobby Ratliff of FL and sisters, Peggy Cash of Lynchburg, VA, and Betty Sue Ratliff of Washington, DC.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 1PM from the chapel with Jessie Taylor and Randy Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
