Tony Collins, 50 of Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on Nov. 23, 1974 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away at home on Oct. 17, 2025. He was the son of Melvin Collins, Jr. and Shirley Ann Mullins Collins who preceded him in death. Tony was a carpenter. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother; Kenneth Collins. Survivors are a son; Tony of Somerset, Ky., daughters; Hannah Grace Collins of Lick Creek, Ky and Tila Collins of Jenkins, Ky.. brothers; Alvin James Collins of Dorton, George Michael Collins of Elkhorn City and Jesse Lee Collins of South Williamson, Ky., sisters; Crystal Gayel Collins of South Williamson and Lola Mae Collins of Pikeville, and a grandson; Samuel Lee Collins. A memorial service will be conducted at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, 1:00 , Oct. 26, 2025.
