Timmy Bailey, 63 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at his residence. He was a cross-country truck driver and coal miner and a member of the Ferrell's Creek Church of Christ. Timmy was born on January 17, 1962 in Grundy VA to Denver Bailey of Elkhorn City and the late Patricia (Sluss) Epling. In addition, to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife Tina Mullins Bailey.

In addition to his father, Timmy is survived by his step-mother Bonnie (Collins) Bailey, one son; Derek Bailey, two daughters; Jade Cavins and Jasmine Combs, three half sisters; Dr. Tiffany (Bailey) Slone, Tammy Sue Smith, and Angela Michelle Lockhart and several grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM Thursday, May 01, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held Friday, May 02, 2025 at 2:00 PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Billy Ford officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.
