Tammy Fields, 53 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Pikeville Medical Center. Tammy was a nurse, a member of the Elkhorn City Baptist Church and Elkhorn City Fire Department. She was born May 13, 1970 to Sandra Kay Fraley Bailiff of Elkhorn City, KY and the late Ned Dennis Bailiff.

Tammy is survived by her husband, Charles Fields of Elkhorn City, KY; two sons, Cory "Tasha" Bailiff of Ermine, KY and Zachary "Katelyn" Fields of Elkhorn City, KY; grandchildren, Heaven Fields, Easton Fields, Ivory Ferran, Abraham Bailiff, Ember Ferran and Davie Ruth Bailiff. She is also survived by two brothers, Jr. Bailiff and Jeff Bailiff both of Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, March 29, 2024 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 11AM from the chapel with Cory Bailiff and Chris Maynard (Graveside) officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
