Stewart Allen Slone, 37, of Lexington, passed away, Monday, January 29, 2024, at his home.

A native of Pikeville, Kentucky, he was born on May 11, 1986, and was raised by loving parents Dora Casey Cool and James Dewey Cool. He was raised in the Church of God faith. He was a fun-loving person, who would give you the shirt of his back if you were in need. He has a passion for music; it could be said that music was his therapy. Stewart loved watching NASCAR, in particular Jeff Gordon. He also enjoyed basketball; the University of Kentucky Wildcats was his team. He had a sarcastic sense of humor, but he was loved by all who knew him.

Preceding him in death was his grandparents, Peggy Marie Casey and Sydney Wayne Casey, Janice Cool and Hubert Cool; aunts, Diane Sawyer and Linda Maness; uncles, Julius Casey, Sydney Casey, and Fletcher Casey; and nephew, James Logan Farmer.

Left to cherish his memory in addition to his parents are his son, Jacob Slone; daughter, Hailey Slone; brothers, Adam Cool, Sean Hinton, and Keith Martin; sisters, Belinda Myrick (Timothy), Bobbie McNeely (Matthew), Amanda Barna, Sydney Cool, and LaTosha Fletcher; his best friends, Eddie "Shorty" Maness, Brad Adkins and Danny Casey; numerous nieces and nephews; and extended family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel from 12-5PM with the service at 3PM.
