Ruby Justus, 89 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Tuesday, September 09, 2025 at Pikeville Medical Center. Ruby was a clerk for the IGA Food Store and a member of the Mt. View Church of Christ. She was born June 15, 1936 at Mouthcard, KY to the late Kiney Ramey and Lydia Ramey Ramey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Justus, a son, Stephen Stover, nephews, Larry Cantrell, John and Sean Stacy, brother, Buford Ramey and three sisters, Rushey Pauley, Janie Bishop and Shirley Bleacher.

Ruby is survived by a grandson, Joshua Stover of Mouthcard, KY and step-granddaughter, Tiffany Dotson Ratliff of Versailles, KY; great-grandchild, Finnley James Stephen Stover; step-great grandchild, Nathan Sloan Ratliff; niece, Jennifer Farmer; nephews, Vertis (Charlotte) Bishop and Barry (Pam) Bishop.

Visitation will be after 6PM Saturday, September 13 and Sunday, September 14, 2025 at the Mt. View Church of Christ with services nightly at 7PM. The funeral service will be conducted Monday, September 15, 2025 at 2PM from the church with Steve Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.
