Ronnie James Mullins, 77 the of Breaks, VA passed away Monday, June 15, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center. Ronnie was born in Buchannan County, VA on June 11, 1949 to the late Narmel and Helen Blankenship Mullins.

Ronnie is survived by his wife Janice Sue Mullins, two daughters; Tammy (John Duty) Mullins Lane and Veronica (Shad) Skeens all of the Breaks, VA. Ronnie Is also survived by five grandchildren; Brandy Swiney, T.J. Lane, Brianna Johnson, Kayleigh Skeens, and Chloe Skeens as well as five great grandchildren; Cameron Stacy, Tolby Lane Jr., Ariana Swiney, Jessie Lane, and Ciara Lester and one on the way.

Visitation will be held Thursday June 18, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Friends may call from 6 - 10 PM. Services will be held at 7:00 PM with Clinton Stewart officiating. The funeral will be conducted Friday, June 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM from the Bailey Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Bailey Cemetery, Breaks, VA.
