Ronnie Keith Adkins, 61 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Monday, May 12, 2025 at his residence. Ronnie was a retired coal miner. He was born August 30,1963 in Pikeville, KY to J.D. Adkins and Bertha Sue Justice Adkins of Regina, KY. Ronnie was preceded in death by is his wife, Donna Ratliff Adkins.

Along with his parents, Ronnie is survived by his children, Isaac Adkins and Lindsey Adkins both of Elkhorn City, KY; four grandchildren, Waylon Keith Adkins, Eliza Kate Adkins, Gunnar Shields, & Jaxon Shields. He is also survived by brothers, James Adkins of Regina, KY and John Timothy Adkins of Pikeville, KY and a sister, Darlene Prater of Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, May 14 and Thursday, May 15, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service Thursday evening at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Friday, May 16, 2025 at 2PM from the chapel with Randy Bentley officiating. Burial will follow at the Blackburn Cemetery, Harless Creek, KY.
