Retha Ann Belcher, 76 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Pikeville Medical Center. Retha was born April 22, 1947 in Gary, WV to the late Virgil Mullins and Opal Rose Mullins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Belcher and a brother, Ronnie Mullins.

Retha is survived by a son, Tracy Potter of Elkhorn City, KY and three daughters, Trena Rasnick of Elkhorn City, KY, Cassandra Collins of Pikeville, KY and Brooke Kirk of Princeton, KY; six grandchildren, Colby Potter, Tiara Potter, Kyler Rasnick, Emily Kirk, Logan Kirk and Bryson Collins. She is also survived by one sister, Kathy Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY.
