Rebecca Jo Slone, 55, of Elkhorn City, KY passed away at Pikeville Medical Center on Sunday, February 11, 2024. She was born on September 19, 1968 in Pikeville, KY to Carol Sue Bartley Rose of Elkhorn City, KY, and the late Billy Lewis Ratliff.

In addition to her mother, Rebecca is survived by her husband, Randall Dean Slone, of Elkhorn City, KY; son, Randall Dean Slone II, of Regina, KY; daughter, Amber Nicole Frasure, of Regina, KY; brother, Billy Ratliff, of Elkhorn City, KY; sisters, Tammy Riley, of Elkhorn City, KY, Angela Bryan, of Dorton, KY, and Melissa Meadows, of Williamson, WV; and grandchildren, Kaiden Adkins, Anthony Deacon Frasure, and Jaxson Nathaniel Joseph Frasure.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-10:00 PM on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at Bailey Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 15, 2024, in the chapel of Bailey Funeral Home with Jim Ed Belcher and Chris Maynard officiating. Burial will follow at Ratliff Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
