Rebecca "Becky Jo" Ramey, 53 of Pikeville, KY passed away Saturday, June 06, 2026 at her residence. Becky was born August 16, 1972 in Pikeville, KY to the late Bill Skeens and Betty Lester Skeens. In addition to her parents, Becky was preceded in death by one sister, Barb Skeens and a cousin, Robin Wright.

Becky is survived by two sons, Josh Ramey and Isaac Ramey both of Dandridge, TN, and a brother, Dave Skeens of Belcher, KY. 

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, June 12, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 12PM from the chapel with Chris Deskins officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
