Phillip Bryan, 53 of Dorton, Ky. was born on Dec. 2, 1971 in Maryland and passed away at his home on Friday, August 15, 2025. He was the son of Ralph Hayden Alvis and Sandra Rae Shirley Alvis who preceded him in death. Phillip was a truck drive for Mercer Transportation. He is survived by his wife; Angela Gerene Ratliff Bryan, a son; Sonny Bryan of Spencer, WV., daughters; Kayla Bryan of Spencer, WV., and Nikki Bryan of Reedy, WV, step-son; Larry Dean Pinion of Red Creek, step daughter; Tima Gearles of Pikeville, Ky., grandchildren Raelynn & Coalton Springston, Trenton Godbey, and Hayden Rose; step grandsons; Michael Bingham and Brandon Slone. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, 12:00, August 19, 2024 at the Bryan Family Cemetery on Dorton, Ky. with Jim Ed Belcher officiating.
