Peggy Lynn Sloan Ratliff, 95 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Sunday, September 27, 2026 at her residence. She was a homemaker, a clerk at Murphy's Department store and a member of the Church of Christ. Peggy was born April 05, 1931 in Elkhorn City, KY to the late Isac Rudolph Sloan and Carrie Younce Sloan. In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Paul "Bus" Ratliff, a son, Randall Gordon Ratliff, and two brothers, Roger Sloan and Bobby Sloan. 

Peggy is survived by two sons, John Paul Ratliff and Jimmy (Connie) Ratliff both of Elkhorn City, KY; two daughters, Diana Ratliff and Vickie (Mike) Mullins both of Elkhorn City, KY; four grandchildren, Mallory (Adam) Ratliff, Jarrod Ratliff, Jordan Mullins and Jeremy Mullins; six great-grandchildren, Carrigan, Blaine, Jax, Liam, Gray and Giana; two step-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and two special young men to her, Chris and Danny Jr. Sloan. 

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
