Pebble Edna Hurley, 86 of Shelbiana, KY passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center. Pebble was born February 04, 1940 in Pikeville, KY to the late Fonso Wright and Blanche Thacker Wright. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Blair, a son, Darrell Hurley, a daughter, Kimberly Hurley Coleman and sisters, Patty Perkins, Imogene Peters & Avonelle Abshire. 

Pebble is survived by three sons, Bryan Redding and Michael Blair both of Shelbiana, KY and Richard Hurley of Chicago, IL; four daughters, Teresa Wright Stewart of Lexington, KY, Donna Wright of Belcher, KY, Carla Senters of Pikeville, KY and Stephanie Hurley of Elmwood, IL; sixteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and one great-great granchild. She is also survived by five brothers, Raymond and Douglas Wright of IL., Dallas Wright of TN, Bob Wright and Audry Wright both of Elkhorn City, KY and one sister, Betty Davis of Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service Saturday evening at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 2PM from the chapel. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
