Paul David Justice, 46 of Raccoon, Ky. was born on Sept. 3, 1977 in Detroit, Mi., and passed away in the Pikeville Medical Center on Thursday, June 20, 2024. He was the son of Gordon Ray Stanley of Pikeville and the late Jacqueline Justice Stanley. In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his wife; Hazel Renee Webb Justice. He was a coal miner. Survivors in addition to his father are a daughter; Kasside (Austin) Stanley of Dandridge, TN., step-son; Seth Johnson of Raccoon, Ky., brother James Stanley of Dandridge, TN., step- brothers; Christopher and Timmy Stanley both of Pikeville, Ky., sisters; Leslie Robinson Gaunce and Marlene Robinson Stanley both of Pikeville, step-sister; Stephanie Slone of Pikeville and a grandchild; Rylee Ramey. A memorial service will be held at Fishtrap Lake on July 10, 2024 at 5:00 PM.
