Patty Sue Elswick, 78 of Mouthcard, KY passed away Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Landmark of Elkhorn. She was born September 01, 1945 in Grundy, VA to the late Arthur Lowe and Elthe Lester Lowe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Scott Elswick, brothers, Johnny, Mack and Garrett and sisters, Betty, Cora, Shirley and Polly.

Sue is survived by a son, Herschel Elswick of Versailles, KY; a daughter, Nancy Denise Hall of Elizabethtown, KY; four grandchildren, Ashley Elswick, Colton Elswick, Matthew Hall, and Shelby Hall. She is also survived by brothers, Jimmy Lowe of Big Rock, VA and McArthur Lowe of Defiance, OH.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Monday, April 22, 2024 at the original Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 11AM from the chapel with Steve Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.
