Markette Ann Justice, 72 of Bluefield, WV passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024 at her residence. Markette was born August 14, 1951 in Welch, WV to the late Bill and Becky Scarberry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Austin Scarberry and sisters, Betty Sellards and Brenda McNelley.

Markette is survived by her husband, Everette Justice of Bluefield, WV; a son, Michael Justice of War, WV; daughters, Pamela Lester of Tazewell, VA, Clarissa Justice of Princeton, WV, Carolyn Blevins of Bluefield, WV and Sylvia Matney of Mud Fork, WV; nineteen grandchildren; forty great-grandchildren; and a brother, Junior Scarberry of McDowell County, WV.

Visitation will be after 6PM Friday, March 22, and Saturday, March 23, 2024 at the Panther Old Regular Baptist Church with services nightly at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Sunday, March 24, 2024 at 1PM from the church with Bros. Gary Estep, Danny Hurley and Fred Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at the Bradford Justice Cemetery, Mud Fork, WV.
