Maleasha Karen Cantrell, 46 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Pikeville Medical Center. Maleasha was a Pharmacy Tech at Elkhorn Drug and a member of the Lick Creek First Church of God. She was born July 26, 1978 in Pikeville, KY to Elmer Jackson Lewis and Ginger Taylor Lewis of Elkhorn City, KY. Maleasha was preceded in death by one brothers, Aaron Lewis.

In addition to her parents, Maleasha is survived by her husband, Brian Cantrell and two sons, Brody Jackson Cantrell and Maxwell Brian Cantrell all of Elkhorn City, KY; siblings, Nathan Lewis and Kandy Addington both of Elkhorn City, KY and Joy Hawkins of Mt. Sterling, KY. She is also survived by ten nephews, three nieces, five great-nephews and one great-niece who she loved deeply.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 12PM from the chapel with Mike Stacy officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
