Lorene Collins, 59 of Bowling Fork, KY passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at her residence. Lorene was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Baptist Church of Myra. She was born October 07, 1965 in Pikeville, KY. Lorene was preceded in death by her father, Willie Daniel Thacker, brothers, James Thacker and Rocky Thacker and sister Rhonda Thacker.

Lorene is survived by her mother, Shirley Ann Thacker of Regina, KY; husband, Jesse Collins of Bowling Fork, KY; son, Willie (Christie) Collins of Soddy-Daisy, TN; daughter, Jesse Ann (Clinard "Bubby") Adkins of Rockhouse, KY; grandchildren, Emily Adkins, Abby Adkins, Isaiah Adkins and Will Collins. She is also survived by brothers, Steve Thacker of Regina, KY and Smitty Thacker of Lexington, KY, Dwayne Fitch and Joe Fitch both of Floyd County, KY and a sister, Jeanie Blackburn of Ezel, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, July 24 and Friday, July 25, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 12PM from the chapel with Terry Gibson and Dave Hammond officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
