Lonnie Mullins, Jr., 56 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Friday, January 09, 2026 in Gilbert, WV. Lonnie was born July 13, 1969 in Pikeville, KY to the late Lonnie Mullins and Pansy Mullins. In addition to his parents, Lonnie was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, Bill and Troy and sister, Teresa Gay Ratliff.

Lonnie is survived a son, Lonnie Mullins, III, of Jonancy, KY and a daughter, Santanna Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY and three grandchildren, Hendrix, Bowie and Natalie. Lonnie is also survived by a brother, Danny Evans of Campbellsville, KY and a sister, Mary Quesenberry of NC.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, January 16, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 2:30PM from the chapel with Jim Ed Belcher and Tommy Taulbee officiating. Burial will follow at the Elkhorn City Cemetery, Elkhorn City, KY.
