Larry Thomas Ramey, 67 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Friday, September 25, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center. Larry was born August 16, 1959 in Pikeville, KY to the late Thomas Murray Ramey and Patty Sykes Ramey.
Larry is survived by his daughter, Johnda Tackett of Elkhorn City, KY; grandchildren, Jeffery Tackett, Johnathan Tackett, Cashden Tackett and Nathanael Ryan Tackett.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
