Keith Allen Rowe, 61 of Lookout, KY passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Center, Hazard, KY. Keith was born May 21, 1963 in Pikeville, KY to the late James Garland Rowe and Alpha Ratliff Rowe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Daryl Rowe and Stevie Ray Rowe.

Keith is survived by a son Richard "Ritchie" Rowe of Elkhorn City, KY and a brother, Jeffrey Lynn (Kimberly) Rowe of Elkhorn City, KY.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 03, 2024 at 1PM from the Allegheny Freewill Baptist Church with Ritchie Gibson and Ray Tackett officiating.
