Judy Kay Munn, 58 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at her residence. Judy was born December 13, 1967 in Chicago, IL to Hazel Morton Hall of Elkhorn City, KY and the late Garvis Edward Munn. In addition to her father, Judy was preceded in death by her step-father, Kenneth Hall.

Besides her mother, Judy is survived by a son, Carlos Brock of Norton, VA; a daughter, Forrestina Nantz Brock of Gray, KY; brothers, Eric Munn of FL, Eddie Morton and Billy Morton both of Elkhorn City, KY; step-sisters, Vanessa Hall and Lisa Hall both of OH and Sharon Griffith of Biggs, KY; step-brothers, Greg Hall and David Hall both of Lorraine, OH and Kenny Wayne Hall; four grandchildren, Quinten Sizemore, Savannah Sizemore, Elijah Sizemore and Noah Brock; great-grandchildren, Quinn Sizemore, Adam Ray Bartley-Sizemore and another one on way.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
