Johnny Wayne "Wolf" Ratliff, 69 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Friday, September 05, 2025 at his residence.

Johnny was born March 15, 1956 in Pikeville, KY to the late Billy David "B.D." Ratliff and Burless Mae Belcher Potter. In addition to his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by a brother, David Neal "Brub" Ratliff.

Johnny is survived by two sons, Jonathan Ratliff of Elkhorn City, KY and Brad Ratliff of Regina, KY; a daughter, Kylee Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY; grandchild, Morgan Ratliff; and a brother, Dana Ratliff of Dandridge, TN.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Monday, September 08, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 09, 2025 at 2PM from the chapel with Jim Ed Belcher officiating. Burial will follow at Elkhorn City Cemetery, Elkhorn City, KY.
