James Edwin Wallace, 45 of Elkhorn City, Ky. was born on Sept. 21, 1979 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, at Regina, Ky. he was a member of the First Church of God in Elkhorn City and a worker of the Ky. Forestry Department. James was the son of the late James William Wallace and Edwina Carol Sawyers of Elkhorn City, Ky. He is survived in addition to his mother by his wife Tamara Wallace of Whitesburg, Ky., and a half-brother; Aaron Bobby Lieu of Ohio. There will be a visitation in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025 from 6:00-10:00 PM with a service at 7:00, Scottie Adkins officiating. Funeral service will be conducted on Monday, Sept. 22. 2025 at 2PM in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Sawyers Cemetery at Elkhorn City, Ky.
