James Harris 51 of Ashcamp, Ky. was born on March 27, 1974 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away at the Pikeville Medical Center on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025. James was a mechanic. He was the son of the Late Ralph Lester Harris and Betty Carol Blankenship Harris of Elkhorn City, Ky. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife; Rebecca Harris of Ashcamp, Ky. a sister; Tina Blackburn of Elkhorn City, Ky. and his beloved dog; Milo.
