Harold Sanders, 72 of Ashcamp, KY passed away Thursday, February 05, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center. Harold was a member of the Hylton Freewill Baptist Church and a retired salesman. He was born February 25, 1953 in Norton, VA to the late Ralph Sanders and Oma Jean Sluss Sanders. In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Sue Sanders.

Harold is survived by his wife, Sheila Sexton Sanders of Ashcamp, KY; daughters, Selina Sanders of Richmond, KY and Ronda Sanders of Ashcamp, KY; nine grandchildren and one great-grandson. He is also survived by two brothers, Larry Sanders of Paintsville, KY and John Sanders of Lexington, KY.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 08, 2026 after 6PM at the Hylton Freewill Baptist Church with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be conducted Monday, February 09, 2026 at 1PM from the church with Van Swindall, Ray Tackett and Gary Joe Collins. Burial will follow at Sanders Cemetery, Ashcamp, KY.
