Goble Rush Ratliff, 87 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Saturday, September 06, 2025 at his residence. Goble was a retired coal miner and member of the UMWA. He was born July 01, 1938 in Elkhorn City, KY to the late Goble Ratliff and Mossie Reece Ratliff. In addition to his parents, Goble was preceded in death by wife, Victoria Wallace Ratliff, a daughter, Linda Burke, two grandchildren, Martin Goble Burke & Hayleigh Ratliff, sisters, Cleo Cline and Jacqueline Aspry and brothers, Paul Ratliff, Ben Ratliff & Bobby Ratliff.

Goble is survived by three sons, Goble Lee Ratliff of Ashcamp, KY, Mark Ratliff of Dandridge, TN and Michael Rush Ratliff of Elkhorn City, KY; daughters, Bea Tackett of Melvin, KY and Missy Blackburn of Elkhorn City, KY; eighteen grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and grandpup, Tucker.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Sunday, September 07, 2025 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Monday, September 08, 2025 at 12PM from the chapel with Kevin Bowling officiating. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
