General MacArthur Mullins, 84 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Sunday, June 07, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center. MacArthur was born Jan. 13, 1942 at Ferrells Creek, KY to the late Bert and Ruby Branham Mullins. In addition to his parents, MacArthur was preceded in death by two brothers; Ara Tee Mulllins and Danny Mullins and one sister; Mary Lou Honeycutt.

MacArthur is survived by two sons; Kenneth Bert Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY and Lester Lee Mullins of Lick Creek, KY, one daughter; Ruby Zell Coleman of Elkhorn City, KY, and one sister; Elizabeth Cheryl Bentley of Pikeville, KY. MacArthur is also survived by 6 grandchildren; Cody Lee Mullins, Johnnie Mac Jackson, Cory Leith Mullins, Kenneth Aaron Mullins, Chad Dalson Mullins, and Michael Tyler Mullins, 13 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. MacArthur was baptized at the First Church of God in Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 09, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Friends may call from 6 – 10 PM. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 12:00 noon from the Bailey Funeral Home with Danny Mullins officiating.  Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
