Galard “Gale” Ratliff, 74

Galard “Gale” Ratliff, 74 of Prestonsburg, KY passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at Highlands ARH. Gale was born June 29, 1951 in Pikeville, KY to the late Henry Ratliff and Irene Hobbs Ratliff. In addition to his parents, Gale was preceded in death by a brother, Gurn Goble Ratliff.

Gale is survived by a brother, Kenneth Ratliff of Belcher, KY and a sister, Emma Reynolds of Prestonsburg, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, March 26, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be conducted Friday, March 27, 2026 at 1PM from the chapel. Burial will follow at Dow Brooks Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
