Emalene Lee of Pond Creek, Draffin, KY died Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at her residence. She was born at Draffin, KY, November 08, 1932, a daughter of Willie "Bill" and Pearl Senter Lee. She was retired from the district #30 United Mine Workers and the Kentucky Department of Employment Services.

She was a member of the Community Alliance Church. A member of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, a member of the Kentucky United Daughters of the Confederacy, a member of the General Society Mayflower Descendants and a member of the Elkhorn City Area Heritage Council. 

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Lee and Oscar Glenn Stepp, a sister, Mary Caudill and her husband, Bobby Caudill, a sister-in-law, Jean Stepp. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Doris Lee of Draffin, KY and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, June 19, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 11AM from the chapel with burial to follow at Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Community Alliance Church, Regina, KY.
