Ella Louise Green, 82 of Hellier, KY passed away on Friday, May 16th, 2025 at Pikeville Nursing and Rehab. She was born on December 5th, 1942 in Clinchco, VA to the late Everett and Myrba Smith. She was a retired Gift Shop Employee for Pikeville Medical Center. Ella was a member of Bowling Fork Freewill Baptist Church.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her Husband: Everett (Pitch) Green, Brother: Jimmy (Mary) Smith and Son: Terry Green.

She is survived by her Brother: Gary (Teresa) Smith. Sons: Jerry (Sherry) Green of Sharps Chapel, TN, Larry Green of Hellier, KY and Kent Green of Hellier, KY. Grandchildren: Chad Green, Amanda (CJ Walker) Green, Josh Green, Jessica (Steven) Munsey, Amber (Dave) McCoy, Angel Green, Greg (Merecedes Neeley) Green, and Danielle (Steve) Hall. Great Grandchildren: Coty Ratliff, Austin Green, Bella Walker, Gabby Walker, Laisey Green, Kensey (Jerry) Dean, Kelsey Munsey, Kailey Munsey, Kyler Munsey, Cloi McCoy, KaShanda McCoy, Felicity Hall, and Abigail Green.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 PM on Sunday, May 18th, 2025, at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7 PM. The funeral will be conducted on Monday, May 19th, 2025 at 1 PM with Gary Smith, Richard Gibson and Chris Bartley officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
