Elizabeth Ann "Libby" Coleman, 84 of Richmond, KY passed away Sunday, October 11, 2026 at Compassion Care Center. She was a retired bank teller, a member of the Virgie Baptist Church and Eastern Star. Libby was born November 14, 1941 in Jonancy, KY to the late Winright Damron and Mary Alice Branham Damron. In addition to her parents, Libby was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Gobel Coleman and one sister, Peggy Coleman. 

Libby is survived by one son, Barry Coleman of Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. The funeral service will be held Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 12PM from the chapel with Edgar Sanders, Randy Standifur and Johnny Ramey officiating. Burial will follow at Johnson Memorial Park, Pikeville, KY.
