Eddie Lee Ratliff, 73 of Prestonsburg, Ky. was born on May 24, 1952 in Pikeville, Ky. and passed away on June 4, 2025 at the Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg, Ky. He was the son of Burla Lee Ratliff and Oma Ratliff Ratliff who preceded him in death. Eddie was a member of the Unity Freewill Baptist Church and attended the Church of God of Prophecy. He was a radio technician for Big Sandy Two-Way Communication. He is survived by his wife; Janie Lou Pigg Ratliff and many many adoring nieces and nephews. Visitation will be in the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, June 6, 2025 from 6:00-10:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00AM-10:00 PM. There will be a service on Saturday at 7:00 with A. J. Johnson officiating. The funeral service will be on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at 1:00 with Mike Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery in Pikeville, Ky.
