Donna Lou Belcher Biliter, 63 of Louisa, KY passed away Sunday, May 05, 2024 at The Jordan Center, Louisa, KY. Donna was born October 01, 1960 in Pikeville, KY to the late Quentin Belcher and Nella June Mullins Belcher. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Biliter, three brothers, Douglas Belcher, Scotty Allen Belcher, and Fon Belcher, and a sister, Bethel Deskins.

Donna is survived by a son, Richard Ratliff of Lick Creek, KY; a daughter, Misty Stanley of Raccoon, KY; step-son, Bobby Biliter, Jr. and step-daugther, Tricia; three grandchildren, Gwendolyn Childers, Tommy Childers, and Connor Ratliff; a brother, William Belcher of Bloomington, IL; and a sister, Terri Thacker of Elkhorn City, KY.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Thursday, May 09, 2024 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be conducted Friday, May 10, 2024 at 11AM from the chapel with Butch Thacker officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.

Donna Lou was a loving mother, sister, and friend. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Donna Lou's connection with God brought her peace at the end. A special thanks to the Jordan Center staff and residents for the loving environment she spent the last few years. Donna Lou was blessed with a niece, Vickie Deskins who took loving care of her to the very end.
